Yes, we accept new patients of ages 1 month and above.
No, we do not charge a monthly fee.
There are charges for the visit and portal messages.
No, we do not accept insurance. However, your insurance can still pay for your labs and radiology orders that is from us. Please check with your insurance for coverage concerns.
We accept vaccinated and un-vaccinated patients, and whichever way you preference is, this does not affect our care.
This appointment time varies, but usually 2-4 weeks.
We have Quest Diagnostics in house, and they are present 8am-12pm Monday through Friday.
Most of our appointments are an hour, but some will be reduced to 30 minutes.
We can provide primary care visits, but we remind you that there is only one provider in this office and availability can be limited for sick visits. Also, we do not accept insurance and this will not be charged for well child visits or annual physicals.

The patient portal or are nurse’s phone line is better for any medical questions that you may have.
The Unified email is the best for any administrative concerns that you may have.
We request a deposit to hold your appointment. When we schedule appointments, there are many people who would like the appointment time that you requested. If you do not show up to your appointment, this hurts the office and the other people waiting for the appointment. Your deposit is applied to your total charge at the end of the visit.
The average costs of new patient visits depends on the complexity of the case but will range usually from 300-500 dollars, this is for the scheduled hour appointment time.. Of note, if you are late for your appointment, you will still be charged the new patient fee.
This depends on the visit, specifically whether a sick visit which is usually coded lower or a complex visit with multiple concerns. The average ranges from $175-$365
