Membership (Optional)

$30/month for individuals

$100/month for families of up to 4. Each additional family member is $20 extra.

Members Receive:

Discounted office visit costs. Typically, three visits in a calendar year cover the cost of membership
Three free portal messages with your provider requiring clinical decision making
Priority scheduling when available
Promotional discounts throughout the year

Scheduling

Appointments are now taken in 30 and 60 minute increments. You will often be able to choose the length of your appointment (with the exception of lab review visits that take much longer).
